Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
Updated: 10 August 2026..
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the CompanionLine affiliate programme (“Programme”). The Programme is operated by CompanionLine OÜ, an Estonian private limited company registered under registry code 17545595 (“CompanionLine”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By submitting an application, ticking the agreement box or participating in the Programme, you (“Affiliate”, “you” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
All applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or reject an application at our discretion and are not required to provide a reason. Approval may be withdrawn if information supplied in an application is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
Approval does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint-venture relationship. Affiliates act as independent contractors and have no authority to make commitments on behalf of CompanionLine.
2. The Programme
Approved Affiliates receive a unique referral link for promoting CompanionLine’s paid telephone-companionship services.
Tracking and attribution are administered through GoAffPro. A referral will normally be attributed when a new customer follows an Affiliate’s valid referral link and completes an eligible purchase within the applicable tracking period.
Tracking may be affected by cookie settings, browser restrictions, device changes, incorrect links or other technical factors. Commission is not guaranteed where a referral cannot be reliably tracked and verified.
3. Commission
Unless CompanionLine confirms otherwise in writing, the standard commission is 10% of the amount actually paid by a new referred customer for their first eligible purchase, after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds and other excluded amounts.
Commission applies only to the new customer’s first completed purchase. Subscription renewals, recurring payments and later purchases do not earn additional commission.
A “new customer” is someone who has not previously purchased a CompanionLine service or membership and is not already recorded as an existing or recurring customer.
The commission rate and qualifying services shown in the Affiliate Portal form part of these Terms. We may change future commission rates by giving notice through the Affiliate Portal or by email. Changes will not reduce commission already approved before the effective date of the change.
4.Validation and excluded transactions
Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days while transactions are validated.
No commission is payable for:
• refunded, cancelled, reversed, fraudulent or charged-back transactions;
• failed or unpaid orders;
• subscription renewals or recurring payments;
• purchases made by the Affiliate through their own referral link;
• purchases made by another Affiliate for the purpose of generating commission;
• duplicate, test or artificially created accounts;
• transactions obtained through misleading, unlawful or prohibited promotion;
• transactions that cannot be reliably tracked or verified; or
• any order that CompanionLine reasonably determines is not a genuine qualifying referral.
If commission has already been paid on an ineligible transaction, the amount may be deducted from future commission or requested for repayment.
5. Payouts
The minimum payout threshold is £25 in approved commission. Approved balances below £25 are carried forward to the next payment period.
Eligible commissions are reviewed and processed monthly after the 30-day validation period. Payments are made in GBP using an available payment method selected by the Affiliate, which may include bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut.
Affiliates must provide accurate payment details. CompanionLine is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by an Affiliate.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, registrations, declarations, banking charges and other obligations arising from affiliate earnings. CompanionLine does not provide tax advice.
6. Advertising disclosure and legal compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules and advertising requirements, including the UK CAP Code and relevant ASA and consumer-protection guidance
